弘扬劳动文化与培育敬业价值观的关系论析

摘　　要：敬业价值观是社会主义核心价值观公民层面的基本内容之一。劳动文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,与敬业价值观具有高度的契合性。劳动文化为培育敬业价值观提供内容活水、标注前进方向、供给创新载体、营育优良土壤。敬业价值观是弘扬劳动文化的核心要素、时代映射以及精准着力点。厘清二者关系以构建弘扬劳动文化与培育敬业价值观的共进理路,通过提炼劳动文化的科学内涵,强化劳动文化的舆论引领,优化劳动文化建设路径等,提升公众对敬业价值观的价值认知、理念认同和行为践行的能力。Professional values are one of the basic contents of the core socialist values at the the citizen level.Labor culture is an important part of socialist advanced culture,which is highly compatible with professional values.Labor culture provides fresh contents,marks the direction of progress,supplies innovation carriers and a good soil for cultivating professional values.Professional values are the core element of the promotion of labor culture,the mapping of the times and the precise focus.This paper clarifies the relationship between the two in order to build a common path for promoting labor culture and cultivating professional values.By refining the scientific connotation of labor culture,strengthening the guidance of labor culture,and optimizing the path of labor culture construction,we can improve the public′s ability to recognize the value,identify the concept and practice the professional values.
