摘　　要：为解决公共停车设施建设发展中存在的突出问题,推动建设发展破冰,以佛山为例,从用地保障、建设补贴两个方面提出改善思路和措施,鼓励和吸引社会资本投资建设公共停车设施,坚持走政府引导、市场主导的停车产业化发展路线,有效促进资源合理化配置。It should break the ice in order to solve the outstanding problems existing in the construction of public parking facilities.Taking Foshan city as an example,two aspects,land usage guarantee and construction subsidy,are put forward to encourage and attract social capital investment.In the meantime it should adhere to the government-oriented and market-dominated industrial path to effectively configure the resource.
