摘　　要：从当前我国跨境电子商务行业发展实际形势和人才需求结构特征分析入手,针对吉林省当前企业人才培养短缺问题,充分发挥地方政府职能和高校人才主力军主体作用,利用全国跨境电子商务专业人才培养数据库,成立跨境电商人才行业专家协会,实现多方位地开展从事跨境企业电子商务的全产业链的人才培养。为有效解决当前吉林省农业电商专业人才巨大缺口问题,论述了合理实用的农村电商人才培养模式。Based on the analysis of the actual situation of the development of China's cross-border e-commerce industry and the characteristics of talent demand structure,and in view of the current shortage of enterprise talent training in Jilin Province,we should give full play to the functions of local governments and the main role of talents in colleges and universities,make use of the national cross-border e-commerce professional training database,and mobilize the establishment of a cross-border e-commerce talent industry expert association to carry out multi-faceted training of talents in the whole industry chain engaged in cross-border enterprise e-commerce.In order to effectively solve the huge shortage of agricultural e-commerce professionals in Jilin Province,a reasonable and practical training mode of rural e-commerce talents is discussed.
