摘　　要：文章以无锡市为例,在认真研读与乡村振兴及土地流转制度相关的法律和政策后,对调研点土地流转制度实施情况做出实证分析,并重点探讨组织干预土地流转对流转合同签订以及农户福利的影响,针对实践中存在的问题,在此基础上提出完善土地流转制度的对策和建议。Taking Wuxi as an example,after carefully studying the laws and policies related to rural revitalization and agricultural land transfer system,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the implementation of rural land transfer system in the research point,and focuses on the influence of organization intervention in land transfer on the signing of transfer contracts and the welfare of farmers.Based on the existing problems in practice,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the agricultural land transfer system.
