摘　　要：目的调查广西高校护理专业学生传染病疫情核心应急能力现状及其影响因素。方法选取广西5所高等院校640名全日制护理专业在校学生为调查对象,调查其传染病疫情核心应急能力情况,并分析其影响因素。结果护理专业学生传染病疫情核心应急能力总分为(124.68±26.86)分,得分率为65.6%,处于中等水平。不同年级、学历、学校层次的护理专业学生传染病疫情应急核心能力得分差异具有统计学意义,参加过应急培训、愿意接受应急培训的护理专业学生的传染病疫情应急核心能力总得分高于未参加过应急培训、不愿意接受应急培训的护理专业学生(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,年级、学校层次、学历、是否参加传染病疫情应急演练/培训及是否愿意参加传染病疫情演练/培训是护理专业学生传染病疫情核心应急能力得分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论护理专业学生传染病疫情核心应急能力处于中等水平。年级、学校层次、学历、是否参加过传染病疫情应急演练/培训及是否愿意参加传染病疫情演练/培训是其传染病疫情核心应急能力的影响因素。Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic in nursing students at Guangxi universities/colleges.Methods A total of 640 full-time in-school nursing students from five universities/colleges in Guangxi were selected as responders,their core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic was investigated,and the factors influencing the capability were analyzed.Results The total score for nursing students′core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic was 124.68±26.86,with a score rate of 65.6%,ranking in the medium range.Statistically significant difference was found in the score for core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic between nursing students in different grades,between nursing students with different education backgrounds,or between nursing students at universities/colleges of different levels,and nursing students who had participated in emergency training or were willing to receive emergency training yielded a higher total score for core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic than those who had not participated in emergency training or were not willing to receive emergency training(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that grade,university/college level,education background,participation in infectious disease epidemic emergency exercise/training or not,and being willing to participate in infectious disease epidemic emergency exercise/training or not were the factors influencing nursing students′scores for core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing students have a moderate-level core emergency response capability of dealing with an infectious disease epidemic.Grade,university/college level,education background,participation in infectious disease epidemic emergency exercise/tr
