摘 要:针对高温高盐油藏条件下普通聚丙烯酰胺增黏能力差、容易与钙镁离子反应产生沉淀等问题,基于“线性主链、适量侧链、较强刚性”的分子结构设计理念,采用氧化还原引发体系,合成了丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)/疏水单体十六烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵(DM16)/2-丙烯酰-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)/丙烯酰胺(AM)四元共聚物。在吗啉环刚性基团、磺酸基团和缔合基团的共同作用下,聚合物分子链体积收缩量受盐影响有限,在2×10^(7)mg/L的NaCl溶液中,黏度保留率仍达到66.5%,表现出强的抗盐特性。热重分析表明,在250℃之后,聚合物结构才开始破坏,热稳定性能良好。系列评价表明,通过丙烯酰吗啉改性的疏水缔合聚合物满足高温高盐油藏条件下的应用需求。Aiming at the problems of poor viscosity increasing ability of common polyacrylamide under high temperature and high salinity reservoir conditions and easily to reaction with calcium and magnesium ions to produce precipitation,acryloylmorpholine(ACMO)/hydrophobic monomer cetyldimethyl allyl ammonium chloride(DM16)/2-acryloyl-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)/acrylamide(AM)quaternary copolymer was synthesized based on the molecular structure design concept of"linear main chain,proper side chain and strong rigidity".Under the joint action of morpholine ring rigid group,sulfonic acid group and association group,the volume shrinkage of polymer molecular chain was limited by salt.In 2×10^(7)mg/L NaCl water solution,the viscosity retention rate still reached 66.5%,showing strong salt resistance.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the structure of the polymer began to damage after 250℃,and the thermal stability of the polymer is good.Series evaluation shows that the hydrophobically associating polymer modified by acryloylmorpholine can meet the application requirements under high temperature and high salt reservoir conditions.
