摘 要:为了促进碳纤维复合材料(carbon fibre reinforced plastics,CFRP)在新建结构中的应用,实现CFRP与钢板的优势互补,提出了一种钢板夹芯CFRP复合板。通过对6组共18个试件的单轴拉伸试验对复合板的力学性能及破坏机理进行了研究,试验考虑了CFRP层数、钢板种类对复合板力学性能的影响,推导了基于混合率公式的复合板应力-应变模型,并与试验得到的应力-应变曲线进行对比。结果表明:试件的破坏形式是钢板在试件中部与轴线以约45°斜角被拉断,拉伸过程多了CFRP断裂这一极限状态并伴有稳定的二次刚度;随着CFRP层数的增多,其屈服强度与极限荷载大幅提升;夹芯为2层CFRP时,复合板的抗拉荷载超过了纯钢板的极限抗拉荷载;与CFRP复合的钢板越薄、拉伸率越小,复合板的屈服强度提高效果越显著。In order to promote the application of carbon fibre reinforced plastics(CFRP)in new structure and realize the complementary advantages of CFRP and steel plate,a CFRP/steel sandwich composite plate was proposed.The mechanical properties and failure mechanism of the composite plate were studied by uniaxial tensile test on 18 specimens of 6 groups.The influence of the number of CFRP layers and the type of steel plate on the mechanical properties of the composite plate was considered in the experiment.The stress-strain model of the composite plate based on the mixing rate formula was derived and compared with the obtained stress-strain curve.The results show that the failure mode of the specimens is that the steel plate was broken at an oblique angle of about 45°in the middle of the specimens and the axis.The CFRP fracture limit state is added to the stretching process and got a stable secondary stiffness.As the adding of number of CFRP layers,the yield strength and ultimate load increase significantly.When the sandwich has two layers of CFRP,the tensile load of the composite plate exceedes the ultimate tensile load of the pure steel plate.The thinner the steel sheet composites with CFRP and the smaller elongation is,and the yield strength of the composite sheet is more significantly improved.
