摘  要:为了研究硫酸盐侵蚀对玄武岩纤维混凝土力学性能的影响,首先对不同掺量玄武岩纤维混凝土在未受硫酸盐侵蚀下的力学性能进行了试验研究。然后,选取纤维掺量为2.0 kg/m^(3),开展质量分数为5%和10%硫酸盐溶液环境下的侵蚀试验,并对试件的质量、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和超声波声速进行分析。结果表明:随着侵蚀龄期的增加,混凝土试件质量、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和超声波声速均呈现先增后减的二阶段变化趋势;相比之下,侵蚀作用对劈裂抗拉强度的影响较大,降幅为34.15%;随着硫酸盐溶液质量分数和侵蚀龄期的增加,试件腐蚀越来越严重,强度逐渐降低,最终发生胀裂破坏。In order to study the effect of sulfate erosion on the mechanical properties of basalt fiber-reinforced concrete,experimental studies of mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced concrete were conducted with different fiber contents without sulfate attack.Then,the fiber content of 2.0 kg/m^(3) was selected to conduct an erosion test in a concentration of 5%and 10%sulfate solution,and the analysis was performed by testing the quality,compressive strength,split tensile strength,and ultrasonic sound velocity value.The results show that as the age of erosion increases,the quality,compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and ultrasonic sound velocity of concrete specimens presente a two-stage change pattern that increases first and then decreases;In contrast,erosion has a great influence on the splitting tensile strength,with a decrease of 34.15%;with the increase of the concentration of sulfate solution and the age of erosion,the corrosion of the test piece becomes more and more serious,with the gradually decreasing of specimen strength,and finally the test piece is subject to expansion cracking failure.
