摘 要:试验苗木为苗圃的同一批苗木,胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica)苗高(23.5±1.07)cm、地径(8.34±0.56)mm,水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)苗高(25.2±1.23)cm、地径(7.42±0.60)mm;试验土壤为帽儿山实验林场老山人工林实验站相邻的并且立地条件相似的落叶松(Larix olgensis)人工纯林、红松(Pinus koraiensis)人工纯林、邻近次生林(为对照)样地表层0~20 cm的土壤;于2019年5月7日将风干后的土壤装入高17.3 cm、上径19 cm、底径14.2 cm的塑料花盆中,每种林分土壤各装48盆,分别栽植胡桃楸、水曲柳各24盆,共144盆;总计12个处理,3种土壤×2个树种苗木×2种光照处理(全光、60%全光)。试验在尚志市帽儿山镇东北林业大学林场苗圃进行,测定苗高、地径、苗木生物量、苗木氮磷钾积累量、土壤养分,分析全光和60%全光环境的落叶松和红松纯林土壤对胡桃楸、水曲柳苗木生长的影响。结果表明:两种光照条件,胡桃楸苗高和生物量,在红松林土壤栽植的显著低于在次生林土壤栽植的(生物量,全光降低39.5%、遮阴降低52.5%)。全光条件,水曲柳苗高、地径生长量,在红松林土壤栽植的显著低于在次生林土壤栽植的;遮阴时,水曲柳生物量,在红松林土壤栽植的比在次生林土壤栽植的降低41.9%。两种光照条件,胡桃楸氮、钾积累量,在红松林土壤栽植的均显著低于在次生林土壤栽植的;遮阴时,水曲柳氮、钾积累量,在红松林土壤栽植的显著低于在次生林土壤栽植的。全光条件,红松林土壤栽植的两树种苗木冠根比最低;遮荫时则相反。红松针叶纯林土壤的养分供应能力比次生林土壤低,限制了两树种苗木生长,且60%全光加剧其土壤养分对苗木生长限制。落叶松林土壤未限制两树种苗木生长。The test seedlings were the same batch of seedlings in the nursery,Juglans mandshurica seedlings were(23.5±1.07)cm high and(8.34±0.56)mm in ground diameter,and Fraxinus mandshurica seedlings were(25.2±1.23)cm in height and(7.42±0.60)mm in ground diameter.The test soil is the 0-20 cm soil of the surface layer of the artificial pure forest of Larix olgensis,the pure Pinus koraiensis forest,and the adjacent second grwoth(as control)samples adjacent to the Laoshan Artificial Forest Experimental Station of Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm and with similar site conditions;On May 7,2019,the air-dried soil was put into plastic flower pots with a height of 17.3 cm,an upper diameter of 19 cm,and a bottom diameter of 14.2 cm.Each forest soil was placed in 48 pots,and J.mandshurica and F.mandshurica were planted.The 24 pots each,144 pots in total.A total of 12 treatments,3 soils×2 tree seedlings×2 light treatments(full light,60%full light).The experiment was carried out in the nursery of the Northeast Forestry University Forestry Farm in Maoershan Town,Shangzhi City.The seedling height,ground diameter,seedling biomass,seedling nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium accumulation,and soil nutrients were measured.The effects of pure forest soil of L.olgensis and P.koraiensis in all-light and 60%all-light environment on the growth of J.mandshurica and F.mandshurica seedlings were analyzed.The two light conditions,J.mandshurica seedlings height and biomass,planted in P.koraiensis forest soil were significantly lower than those planted in secondgrowth soil(biomass,total light decreased by 39.5%,shading decreased by 52.5%).Under full light conditions,the height and ground diameter growth of F.mandshurica seedlings are significantly lower than those planted in the soil of the P.koraiensis forest than those planted in the soil of the secondgrowth.When shaded,the biomass of F.mandshurica planted in the soil of the P.koraiensis forest was 41.9%lower than that planted in the soil of the secondgrowth.Under the two light conditions,the
