摘 要:针对木材蛀干害虫声音信号特征问题,根据声发射(AE)技术研究杨树木段内麻点豹天牛幼虫的声音信号特征。首先,取带有麻点豹天牛(Coscinesthes salicis)幼虫的杨树(Populus)木段,基于木材蠕变声发射采集系统获取原始AE信号。其次,利用小波分析重构原始信号进而研究幼虫AE信号特征。然后,改变传感器的位置,研究传感器与幼虫的距离变化对AE信号特征的影响。最后,研究不同数量幼虫对AE信号特征的影响。试验结果表明:幼虫AE信号重构后的主频率为38 kHz,随着检测距离的增大,幼虫AE信号减弱,但是信号的主频率没有发生明显变化。不同数量幼虫产生的声音信号脉冲相似,随着幼虫数量的增加,幼虫产生的AE信号脉冲个数呈现增加趋势,信号幅值也逐渐增大,信号持续时间也呈增加趋势,不同数量的麻点豹天牛幼虫AE信号的主频率也均为38 kHz。To address the problem of acoustic signal characteristics of wood borer pests,the acoustic emission(AE)technique was used to study the acoustic signal characteristics of Coscinesthes salicis larvae in poplar tree segments.Firstly,the original AE signal was obtained from the wood segment of Populus with C.salicis larvae with acoustic emission acquisition system of wood creep.Secondly,wavelet analysis was used to reconstruct the original signal,and then the characteristics of AE signal were studied.Then,the position of the sensor was changed to study the influence of the distance between the sensor and the larva on the AE signal characteristics.Finally,the effects of different numbers of larvae on AE signal characteristics were studied.The main frequency of reconstructed larval AE signal was 38 kHz.With the increase of detection distance,the larval AE signal weakened,but the main frequency of the signal did not change significantly.With the increase of the number of larvae,the number of AE signal pulses increased,the amplitude of the signal increased,and the duration of the signal also increased.The main frequency of AE signal of different number of C.salicis larvae was 38 kHz.
