摘　　要：为了实现对柴油喷油器油量的精确化、高效化控制,现针对该喷油器流量特性的影响因素,现设计一款用于测量柴油喷油器流量特性的试验系统。然后,以“柴油喷油器”为试验对象,在不同出口压力脉冲下,对柴油喷油器的循环喷油量进行测量,并借MATLAH多项式,对动态流量特性曲线进行拟合,并精确地计算出该喷油器所对应的动态流量范围,接着,在不同出口压力下,对相应的动态流量特性和静态流量特性进行科学测量,从而分析出出口压力对柴油喷油器流量特性的影响规律,以实现对该喷油器喷油量的科学控制。In order to realize the accurate and efficient control of fuel quantity of diesel injector,an experimental system for measuring the flow characteristics of diesel injector is designed according to the influencing factors of the flow characteristics of the injector.Then,taking the"diesel injector"as the test object,the circulating fuel injection quantity of the diesel injector is measured under different outlet pressure pulses,the dynamic flow characteristic curve is fitted by matlah polynomial,and the corresponding dynamic flow range of the injector is accurately calculated.Then,under different outlet pressures,The corresponding dynamic flow characteristics and static flow characteristics are measured scientifically,so as to analyze the influence law of outlet pressure on the flow characteristics of diesel injector,so as to realize the scientific control of fuel injection quantity of the injector.
