摘  要:根据某燃机电厂低压主汽进汽控制阀ACV卡涩异常情况的现象,分析异常的原因,通过对低压主汽进汽控制阀ACV的解体检查,确认活塞杆和活塞筒内壁的磨损及油动机弹簧存在变形为卡涩的成因,采取一系列的处理措施,排除故障,使设备恢复正常状态。Aiming for the ACV jam fault of low-pressure admission control valve in a certain gas-fired power plant,a disintegration overhaul of the low-pressure admission control valve ACV was carried out.The abrasion of piston rod and the inner wall of the piston barrel and the deformation of hydraulic actuator spring were confirmed as cause of jamming.Finally,three appropriate treatments were taken to eliminate the jam fault and restore the equipment to its normal operation.
