汽车中级维修工培养实践的研究——以清远少数民族地区为例

摘　　要：随着人们生活水平和消费水平不断提高,人们对汽车需求量也迅猛增长,与此同时汽车维修行业也得到了相应的发展。那么如何培养汽车维修企业技能人才成为各职业技工院校甚至是社会的重大课题。为了进一步做好清远地区尤其是清远少数民族地区汽车维修技能型紧缺人才的培训工作,2020年5月—2021年11月期间,我们对清远部分地区尤其是少数民族地区的18家汽车维修企业对汽车中级维修工需求,以及5所职业学校对汽修专业学生的中级维修工培养的调研。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and consumption levels,people's demand for automobiles has also increased rapidly,and at the same time,the automobile maintenance industry has also been correspondingly developed.So how to train skilled personnel for automobile maintenance enterprises has become a major issue for various vocational technical colleges and even the society.In order to further do a good job in the training of automobile maintenance skills in Qingyuan,especially in Qingyuan ethnic minority areas,from May 2020 to November 2021,we will provide training to 18 automobile maintenance companies in parts of Qingyuan,especially ethnic minority areas.The needs of middle-level auto maintenance workers,and the survey of 5 vocational schools on the training of middle-level maintenance workers of auto repair students.
