摘　　要：本文针对小盒烟包缺陷问题,设计了一种基于机器视觉的小盒烟包缺陷检测系统,并给出了系统总体框图、硬件组成模块以及软件实现流程。系统依据多种牌子烟包各自的特点对其正常烟包的参数进行采集并保存。在进行烟包检测时:首先,根据所检测香烟的牌子对检测系统参数进行选择与调整;其次,对烟包进行精准定位,采集精确的图像;最后,通过缺陷检测模块对缺陷烟包进行分离并报警。在线实验表明,该系统可以精准高效地实现不同牌子香烟的小盒烟包缺陷检测,因此具有一定的应用价值。In view of the quality defects of small box cigarette packet,this paper designs a small box cigarette packet defect detection system based on computer vision,and gives the overall block diagram,hardware composition module and software implementation flow of the system.The system collects and saves the parameters of the normal cigarette packets according to the respective characteristics of various brands of cigarette packets.During cigarette packet detection:firstly,select and adjust the parameters of the detection system according to the brand of the detected cigarette;Secondly,accurately locate the cigarette packet and collect accurate images;Finally,the defective cigarette packet is separated and alarmed by the defect detection module.Online experiments show that the system can accurately and efficiently realize the small packet defects of different brands of cigarettes,so it has a certain application value.
