摘  要:针对五相永磁同步电动机在缺相故障状态下转矩脉动过大的问题,提出一种基于虚拟电压矢量的直接转矩容错控制算法。建立缺相状态下的数学模型,分析缺相状态下的电压矢量分布;考虑到对x-y子空间谐波分量的抑制和优化故障造成的转矩脉动,根据矢量分布特点构建虚拟电压矢量;以构建的虚拟电压矢量为基础,建立直接转矩控制容错开关表进行容错控制。通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证,该方法能对缺相后转矩脉动起到优化作用,使五相永磁同步电动机可在缺相状态下稳定运行。Due to the problem of excessive torque pulsation of five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors under phase-loss fault conditions,a direct torque fault-tolerant control algorithm based on virtual voltage vector is proposed.A mathematical model is established and the voltage vector distribution is analyzed under the phase loss state.Considering the suppression of the harmonic components in the x-y subspace and the torque ripple caused by fault optimization,the virtual voltage vector is constructed according to the characteristics of the vector distribution.A direct torque control fault-tolerant switch table is established for fault-tolerant control based on the virtual voltage vector.The Matlab/Simulink Simulation shows that the proposed method can optimize the torque ripple after the phase loss,and the five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor can run stably in the phase loss state.
