摘  要:利用选择性激光烧结技术制备了隐式函数调控的三周期极小曲面连续网络结构多孔石墨骨架.采用凝胶注模成型技术制备的含有氧化铝固相体积分数为56%的陶瓷浆料与连续网络结构多孔石墨骨架复合,经冻干干燥和高温烧结后得到石墨/Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷导电复合材料.研究表明:当石墨含量一定时,制备的互穿网络结构石墨/Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷复合材料的电导率和抗压强度由连续网络结构石墨骨架的周期控制,周期越大复合材料的导电性和抗压强度越强.经二次固化、浸渍、碳化、烧结处理的石墨骨架的密度由0.59g/cm^(3)上升至1.24g/cm^(3),导电率由0.0125S/cm上升到183.80 S/cm,抗弯强度为20.34MPa;石墨质量分数为6.85%时,互穿网络结构石墨/Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷导电复合材料的导电性可达146S/cm,其抗压强度可达23.55MPa.In this paper,selective laser sintering technology is used to prepare a porous graphite skeleton with a continuous network structure of three-period minimal curved surfaces controlled by the implicit functions.A ceramic slurry containing 56vol%alumina solid phase mass fraction prepared by gel injection molding technology is compounded with a continuous network structure porous graphite skeleton,and the graphite/Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic conductive composite material is obtained after freeze-drying and high-temperature sintering are conducted.The studies have shown that the conductivity and compressive strength of the prepared interpenetrating network structure graphite/Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic composite are controlled by the period of the continuous network structure graphite skeleton while the graphite content is constant.The greater the period,the stronger the conductivity and compressive strength of the composite material.The density of the graphite skeleton increases from 0.59g/cm^(3) to 1.24 g/cm^(3),the conductivity increases from 0.0125 S/cm to 183.80 S/cm,and the bending strength is 20.34 MPa after the secondary curing,impregnation,carbonization and sintering treatment.Meanwhile,the conductivity of the interpenetrating network structure graphite/Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic conductive composite material can reach 146 S/cm,and its compressive strength can reach 23.55 MPa while the content of graphite is 6.85wt%.
