摘 要:新冠肺炎疫情期间,以政府为主导、以媒体为主力、以社交网络为主阵地的社会动员体系在塑造民众认知、强化民众认同及打造情感共振三方面发挥了重要作用,为凝聚“全民战疫”的行动力奠定了扎实基础.本文对《人民日报》官方微博的有关内容进行了系统分析,着力探究其践行习近平总书记关于做好疫情期间新闻舆论工作的重要指示精神,引导全民形成共同战疫意识的基本路径及经验启示,以期为新型主流媒体做好疫情防控常态化背景下的新闻舆论工作提供决策参考.Social mobilization has always been one of the indispensable and important means for China to respond to various public emergencies.During the COVID-19 epidemic,the social mobilization system,led by the government,dominated by the media and dominated by social networks,played an important role in shaping public cognition,strengthening public identification and building emotional resonance,and laid a solid foundation for the consolidation of the action power of"the whole people fight against COVID-19".This article conducts a systematic analysis of the relevant news reports from"@People's Daily",aims to explore its implementation of President Xi Jinping's important instructive spirit on doing a good job of"news and public opinion work"during the COVID-19 epidemic,and analyzes its basic path and experience of guiding the whole people to form a common awareness of fighting COVID-19 epidemic.Finally,this article wants to provide some suggestions for the new mainstream media to do a good job in the u news and public opinion work"under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control.
