摘　　要：本文通过梳理马克思主义新闻观的基本观点,阐释了马克思主义新闻观对全球传播人才培养的指导意义,并基于对马克思主义新闻观中新闻工作者素质与修养相关论述的梳理以及对国际新闻人才培养现有文献的回顾,结合各高校教育实践,提出了以马克思主义新闻观为指导,以媒体融合背景下的专业素养、知识融通趋势下的新文科素养、国际传播语境中的跨边界素养为主体的新时代全球传播人才素养结构.By summarizing the key viewpoints of Marxist View of Journalism,this paper explains the instructive significance of Marxist View of Journalism to the cultivation of international communication talents.Based on the review of Marxist viewpoints of the quality of news talents and relevant literature on the theory and practice of journalism education,this paper puts forward a global communication talent literacy structure for a new era,which is guided by Marxist View of Journalism,and composed of the professional literacy under the background of media convergence,the new liberal arts literacy under the trend of knowledge integration,and the crossborder literacy in the context of international communication.
