外卖纸质包装的现状与发展趋势

摘　　要：随着消费水平的提高,我国外卖成交量逐年递增,外卖包装造成的环境问题也渐渐引发关注。如何发展适应市场和环保需求的外卖包装,特别是外卖纸质包装,已经成为迫在眉睫的问题。本文从外卖塑料包装的劣势和当今环保需求与理念入手,首先分析了外卖纸质包装出现的必然性和应用优势以及面临的挑战,其次探究了外卖纸质包装的发展趋势,最后强调指出外卖纸质包装应向环境友好、功能性强及安全性高等方向发展。With the improvement of consumption level,the trading volume of takeout in China is increasing year by year,and the environmental problems caused by takeout packaging are also attracting attention.To find a better way of developing takeout packaging,especially paper packaging,to meet the needs of the market and environmental protection demand has become an urgent problem.This paper starts by analyzing the disadvantage of plastic packaging and the current demand and concept of environmental protection.Firstly,the inevitability and application advantages of takeout paper packaging as well as the challenges it faces are analyzed.Secondly this paper explores the development trend of takeout paper packaging and finally stresses takeaway paper packaging should develop towards the direction of environment friendly,strong function and high food security.
