摘　　要：目的提升临床康复评估工作信息化水平,改变以纸质存档人工评估的工作方式,便于康复评估数据的统计、查询与存档。方法以Barthel指数为评估核心量表,应用Matlab图形用户界面开发日常生活活动能力评估系统,该系统功能包括患者信息录入、量表评估、查询与存档等。结果该评估系统设计以降低成本、促进康复工作信息化为导向,减轻了临床医生的负担,解决了评估数据存档空间大、查询不便利等现实问题。结论该评估系统提高了康复评估工作效率和管理水平。【Objective】To improve the information level of clinical rehabilitation assessment,and to change the manual assessment mode of paper file,the system was designed to facilitate the statistics,enquiries and archiving of rehabilitation assessment data.【Methods】Barthel index was used as the core scale,and Matlab GUI was used to develop the evaluation system of activities of daily living(ADL).The functions of the system included inputting patient information,scale evaluation,query and archiving,etc.【Results】The evaluation system was designed to reduce the cost,promote the information-oriented rehabilitation work and reduce the burden of clinicians in order to solve the evaluation data archiving space,query inconvenience,and other practical problems.【Conclusion】The evaluation system can improve the efficiency and management level of rehabilitation evaluation.
