民法典视角下谈《中图法》(第5版)“D923民法”类目的设置

摘　　要：《中图法》(第5版)作为我国目前通用的文献分类工具,应跟上学科发展的步伐以满足类分文献的需要。鉴于自2021年1月1日起正式施行的《中华人民共和国民法典》,较之原有的民事法律规范,其在内容上已作多处修改,基于新颁布实施的民法典的视角,对《中图法》(第5版)中"D923民法"类目的设置进行探讨,以期使中国民法类目体系能更好地适应民法类文献分类工作的需求。Chinese Library Classification(5 th Edition), as a general document classification tool in China, should keep pace with the development of the discipline to meet the needs of classified documents. In view of the fact that the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, which came into effect on January 1, 2021, has made many changes in content compared with the original civil law, this paper discusses the category of "D923 civil law" in Chinese Library Classification(5 th Edition) from the perspective of the newly promulgated civil code, In order to make China’s civil law category system better adapt to the needs of civil law literature classification.
