摘 要:采用微波技术处理羊毛织物,探讨了不同微波辐射功率、微波固色时间对羊毛织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,在微波辐射功率为700W,NAVYS-G活性染料的轧染针织物固色时间为5min,酸性媒染蓝B染料的轧染羊毛织物固色时间为4min时,羊毛织物染色后的固色效果最好。微波处理后的酸性媒染蓝B染料轧染的羊毛织物的固色率为传统打卷堆置固色后羊毛针织物固色率的1.6倍,且微波固色后的织物的皂洗牢度与传统打卷堆置固色后的羊毛织物的皂洗牢度无显著性差异。Microwave technology was used to treat wool fabric.The effects of microwave radiation power and microwave fixation time on dyeing properties of wool fabric were discussed.The results showed that when the microwave radiation power was 700 W,the fixing time of the pad dyed knitted fabric with navy S-G reactive dye was 5 min,and the fixing time of the pad dyed wool fabric with acid mordant blue B dye was 4 min,the fixing effect of the dyed wool fabric was the best.The color fixing rate of the pad dyed wool fabric with acid mordant blue B after microwave treatment was 1.6 times that of the wool knitted fabric after traditional roll and pile fixation,and the soaping fastness of the fabric after microwave treatment was not significantly different from that of the wool fabric after traditional roll and pile fixation.
