摘　　要：探讨了低配棉纺紧密赛络纺14.6tex精梳纱纺纱工艺。分析了棉纺赛络紧密纱的特点,针对原棉含杂多、马克隆值高的特征,造成成纱棉结多、条干差的结果,通过工艺技术措施,在降低用棉成本的同时,实现棉结少、条干好的纺纱效果。Technology measures of using high impurity cotton to spin JC14.6tex compact siro spinning yarn were discussed.The characteristics of compact-spun yarn system were analyzed.Aimed at the feature of high impurity and Mic value of raw cotton could have contributed to cotton neps and evenness level of finished yarn,the yarn neps and evenness level could be controlled by technical measures while reducing the cost of cotton.
