摘 要:采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了冷轧板表面氧化膜的成分。再结合扫描电镜分析和电化学测试,探究了冷轧板表面氧化膜对镀锡板表面性能的影响。结果表明,冷轧板表面Mn质量分数的升高会阻碍锡层的生长,并降低锡铁合金层的致密性。通过酸洗可有效去除冷轧板表面的氧化膜,提升镀锡板表面锡铁合金层的致密性和耐蚀性。The elemental composition of oxide film on cold-rolled steel sheet was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The effect of oxide film on the surface properties of tinplate was studied in combination with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electrochemical measurement.The results showed that the growth of tin layer was restrained with the increasing of Mn content in cold-rolled steel sheet.Meanwhile,the compactness of tin-iron alloy layer was also decreased.The oxide film could be effectively dissolved by pickling,improving the corrosion resistance and compactness of tin-iron alloy layer on tinplate.
