经济双循环新发展格局下通信制造业发展路径研究

摘　　要：通信制造业作为全国战略性产业之一,是制造行业的重要组成部分,在整个通信行业有着重要的地位。我国通信制造业虽然面临基础研究薄弱、人才流失严重、产品附加值低、遭受美国打压等不利因素,但是企业仍高度重视专利的数量和质量问题,经过几十年的技术积累,我国通信制造业已具有一定的规模。在国内大循环、国内国际双循环的新发展格局下通信制造业有着新的发展机遇。国家应制定相关政策扶持和鼓励企业创新发展,并在国际贸易中给予企业相应的支持。企业应该注重基础理论研究、系统开发、硬件制造、软件优化,努力培养和引进创新型人才,同时加大对通信制造业的投入力度。通过政府、企业、科研人员和普通员工的共同努力,实现通信制造业从低端向高端的发展。As one of the national strategic industries,communication manufacturing industry is an important part of the manufacturing industry and has an important position in the whole communication industry.Although China's communication manufacturing industry faces unfavorable factors such as weak basic research,serious brain drain,low value-added products and suppression by the United States,enterprises still attach great importance to the quantity and quality of patents,and after decades of technology accumulation,China's communication manufacturing industry has a certain scale.In the new development pattern of domestic big cycle and domestic and international double cycle,communication manufacturing industry has new development opportunities.The country should formulate relevant policies to support and encourage the innovation and development of enterprises,and give corresponding support to enterprises in international trade.In the international trade,enterprises should be given corresponding support.Enterprises should focus on basic theory research,system development,hardware manufacturing and software optimization,and strive to cultivate and introduce innovative talents,while increasing the investment in communication manufacturing industry.Through the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,researchers and ordinary employees,we can realize the development of communication manufacturing industry from low-end to high-end.
