摘  要:为解决FX753小盒透明纸包装机存在的齿形吸风带频繁损坏导致的烟包透明纸散包问题,对FX753透明纸输送机构工作原理、同步带传动运动特性进行理论分析,同时应用有限元分析工具进行论证,得出问题的根本原因为齿形带张紧方式存在设计缺陷。对输送机构的齿形带张紧装置进行改进,将张紧装置的中心轴由悬臂轴改造为简支轴,由单边竖直方向的约束改造为双边约束。应用效果表明,改进后输送机构能够确保齿形吸风带张力均匀且调整方便,消除了齿形带因跑偏跳齿后与切刀运动失去同步而被剪切损坏的故障,有效降低了配件消耗,提高了设备效率和产品质量。In order to solve the problem of loose cigarette transparent paper caused by frequent damage of toothed air suction belt in fx753 small box transparent paper packaging machine,the working principle of fx753 transparent paper conveying mechanism and the driving motion characteristics of synchronous belt are theoretically analyzed,and the finite element analysis tool is used to demonstrate.It is concluded that the root cause of the problem is the design defect of toothed belt tensioning mode.The tooth belt tensioning device of the conveying mechanism is improved.The central axis of the tensioning device is transformed from cantilever shaft to simply supported shaft,and from unilateral vertical constraint to bilateral constraint.The application results show that the improved conveying mechanism can ensure that the tension of the toothed air suction belt is uniform and easy to adjust,eliminate the shear damage of the toothed belt due to the loss of synchronization with the cutter movement after deviation and jumping,effectively reduce the consumption of accessories,and improve the equipment efficiency and product quality.
