市长公开电话“一号通”整合的设计与分析

摘　　要：为减少办事流程,提高办事效率,让市民办事更方便快捷,打造市长公开电话“一号通”,可进一步提升城市政务服务热线平台的能力与水平。本文梳理了市长公开电话“一号通”整合的需求,研究了“一号通”整合的实施步骤、举措与保障措施方案,并以成都为案例介绍了实行“一号通”整合的成果,对整合后“一个号拨通、全天候接听、标准化服务、节约行政资源”等成效进行了分析,对推进市长公开电话“一号通”建设具有积极的作用。In order to reduce the work process,improve the work efficiency and make the citizens work more conveniently and quickly,the mayor's public telephone"one-stop"can further improve the ability and level of the urban government service hotline platform.This paper summarized the needs of the integration of the mayor's pub‐lic telephone"one-stop",studied the integration steps,measures and guarantees of the integration of"one-stop",takes Chengdu as an example,introduces the results of the integration of"one-stop",and analyzes the effects of"one-stop dialing,all-weather listening,standardized service and saving administrative resources"after the integra‐tion.It plays a positive role in promoting the construction of mayor's public telephone"one-stop".
