高职毕业设计(论文)存在问题分析及策略研究--以苏州农业职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例

摘　　要：毕业设计(论文)是专业人才培养过程中的综合性实践教学环节,本文以苏州农业职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例,分析毕业设计(论文)存在的问题,如毕业设计(论文)时间紧、学生思想上不够重视、学生毕业设计(论文)能力有待提高、教师指导人数多,精力不足等,提出加强学生思想教育,改变传统的教学指导模式,强化过程指导等解决问题的办法。Graduation design(thesis)is the comprehensive practical teaching link in the process of professional talent training.Taking the Mechatronics Technology major in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example,this paper analyses the problems existing in the graduation design(thesis),such as tight time for graduation project(thesis),insufficient attention to students'ideology,students'graduation design(thesis)ability to be improved,a large number of teachers guide,lack of energy,etc.This paper puts forward some methods to solve the problems,such as strengthening students'ideological education,changing the traditional teaching guidance mode,strengthening the process guidance and strengthening the incentive mechanism of graduation design(thesis).
