醒脑开窍针联合化瘀通脉汤治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑开窍针联合化瘀通脉汤治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的效果。方法:138例随机分为两组各69例,两组均进行常规康复治疗并给予化瘀通脉汤,观察组加用醒脑开窍针治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的MAS、EQ-5D评分低于对照组(P<0.05),FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的患侧肱二头肌、股直肌iEMG均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针联合化瘀通脉汤治疗脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪疗效更好。Objective:To observe the effect of consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongmai Decoction on spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods:A total of 138 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 69 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional rehabilitation treatment and were given Huayu Tongmai Decoction,and the observation group were treated with consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MAS and EQ-5D scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the FMA scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the iEMG of biceps brachii and rectus femoris on the affected side of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture combined with Huayu Tongmai Decoction has a better therapeutic effect on spastic paralysis after stroke.
