清热利湿外洗方联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗肛门瘙痒症湿热阻滞型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热利湿外洗方联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗肛门瘙痒症湿热阻滞型的疗效。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为两组各40例。对照组予派瑞松乳膏,观察组予清热利湿外洗方联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗。结果:治疗后,两组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显减少(P<0.05),且观察组治疗2周和4周后VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月和6个月观察组复发例数少于对照组,且治疗后6个月观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿外洗方联合龙胆泻肝汤治疗肛门瘙痒症湿热阻滞型能提高治疗效果,减少复发。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Heat-clearing and Damp-eliminating External Bathing Prescription combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of anal pruritus with damp-heat stagnation type.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The control group were treated with Pevisone cream while the observation group were treated with Heat-clearing and Damp-eliminating External Bathing Prescription combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction.Results:After treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of recurrences in the observation group was less than that in the control group at the time point of the 3rd month and the 6th month after treatment,and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at the time point of the 6th months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-clearing and Damp-eliminating External Bathing Prescription combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of anal pruritus with damp-heat stagnation type can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce recurrence.
