中药汤剂联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病3-4期脾肾气虚证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药汤剂联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)3-4期脾肾气虚证的临床效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,两组给予百令胶囊治疗,治疗组加用中药汤剂治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BUN、SCr、eGFR指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医临床症状总积分均有下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂联合百令胶囊治疗慢性肾脏病3-4期脾肾气虚证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Bailing Capsule in treating chronic kidney disease(CKD)with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in stage 3-4.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Bailing Capsule,and the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of BUN,SCr and eGFR indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM clinical symptoms decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Bailing Capsule is effective in treating chronic kidney disease with spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in stage 3-4.
