电针治疗术后胃瘫综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针治疗术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为两组各30例,对照组予基础治疗,治疗组予电针治疗。结果:治疗组胃功能恢复指标即正常进食时间、拔出胃管时间均短于对照组,持续胃肠减压引流量少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应。结论:电针治疗腹部术后胃瘫综合征能提高疗效,且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on postoperative gastroparesis syndrome.Methods:According to the random number table method,60 cases were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment while the treatment group received electroacupuncture.Results:The gastric function recovery indexes of the treatment group,that the normal eating time and the time to withdraw the gastric tube,were shorter than those of the control group,and the continuous gastrointestinal decompression and drainage was less than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 86.7%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture treatment can improve the curative effect on gastroparesis syndrome after abdominal surgery,with safety.
