中药热熨治疗跟痛症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药热熨治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:60例分为中药治疗组和西药治疗组各30例,中药组用中药热熨治疗,西药组用封闭治疗。结果:治疗后1周中药组和西药组VAS评分均有下降且两组比较无显著差异。中药组治疗后3个月VAS评分、复发率比西药组低,治愈率比西药组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热熨治疗跟痛症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine on heel pain.Method:Sixty cases were divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The Chinese medicine group were treated with hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine while the western medicine group were treated with block treatment.Results:One week after treatment,the VAS scores of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group both decreased and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Three months after treatment,the VAS score and recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine group,and the curative rate was higher than that of the western medicine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hot pressing with traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating heel pain.
