基于少阳枢机理论治疗维持性血液透析患者失眠症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察郑新教授柴芍龙牡汤改善血透(MHD)患者少阳病失眠症的疗效。方法:66例随机分为治疗组33例及对照组33例。治疗组给予柴芍龙牡汤口服,对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组PSQI评分均下降,但治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总分及各项中医证候评分均下降,而对照组仅入睡困难、目眩、心烦喜呕、不欲饮食等证候评分有改善。治疗组不良反应主要是腹泻和乏力,对照组不良反应为嗜睡、乏力,且治疗组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血钾水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴芍龙牡汤治疗MHD少阳病失眠症疗效显著。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chaishao Longmu Decoction in improving insomnia of Shaoyang disease in patients with hemodialysis(MHD) by Professor Zheng Xin. Methods: Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into two gorups, with 33 cases in treatment group and 33 cases in control group. The treatment group were given Chaishao Longmu Decoction orally while the control group were given Estazolam Tablets orally. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The PSQI scores of the two groups decreased, but the decrease in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05). The total scores of TCM syndromes and the scores of various TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased, while only the scores of symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, dizziness, upset, vomiting, and not wanting to eat in the control group improved. The main adverse reactions in the treatment group were diarrhea and fatigue, while those in the control group were drowsiness and fatigue, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum potassium levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Chaishao Longmu Decoction is effective in treating MHD patients with insomnia due to shaoyang disease.
