针刺结合点刺放血治疗顽固性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合点刺放血治疗顽固性面瘫的效果。方法:60例随机分成治疗1、2、3组各20例,3组均用常规针刺结合点刺放血治疗,3组刺血量分别约为1mL、2mL、5mL,每周2次,10次为一疗程,治疗1个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗1组为30%、治疗2组为50%、治疗3组为85%,3组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合点刺放血治疗顽固性面瘫疗效较好,点刺放血疗效与放血量具有相关性,放血量约5mL为最佳放血量。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting in the treatment of intractable facial paralysis. Methods: Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group 1, group 2 and group 3, 20 cases in each group. All the three groups were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with bloodletting. The blood volume of the three groups was about 1 mL, 2 mL, 5 mL, respectively, twice a week, 10 times as one course of treatment and they all were treated for one course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 30% in treatment group 1, 50%in treatment group 2, and 85% in treatment group 3. The difference in efficacy among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with bloodletting has a good effect on intractable facial paralysis.The effect of bloodletting is related to the amount of bloodletting. The amount of bloodletting is about 5 mL as the best amount of bloodletting.
