择时中药热熨缓解妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察择时中药热熨缓解妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛的效果。方法:98例按随机数字表法分为两组各49例。对照组实施腹部中药热熨,观察组实施择时中药热熨。结果:非切口疼痛持续时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组热熨后、术后1d、2d、3d非切口疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:择时中药热熨可有效缓解妇科腹腔镜术后非切口疼痛。Objective:To observe the effect of chronotherapy of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine in alleviating non-incision pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Ninty-eight cases were divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group, according to the random number table method. The control group received hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine on the abdomen while the observation group received chronotherapy of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine. Results: The duration of non-incision pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the non-incision pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after hot compress, at the time point of the 1 st d, 2 nd d, and 3 rd d after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion: Chronotherapy of hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the non-incision pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
