不同剂量多巴胺联合肾上腺素在抢救心脏骤停患者中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究心脏骤停患者抢救中应用不同剂量多巴胺联合肾上腺素进行治疗的效果。方法 68例进行抢救的心脏骤停患者,根据治疗方式的不同分为常规组及研究组,每组34例。常规组应用小剂量多巴胺联合肾上腺素治疗,研究组应用中剂量多巴胺联合肾上腺素治疗。对比两组患者的心肺复苏成功率、心电活动恢复率及自主循环恢复率。结果 研究组患者的心肺复苏成功率88.24%高于常规组的67.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的心电活动恢复率94.12%、自主循环恢复率91.18%均高于常规组的70.59%、67.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于临床中出现心脏骤停的患者,可使用中等剂量的多巴胺联合肾上腺素进行治疗,其临床治疗效果更加明显,有助于患者的自主循环及心电活动恢复,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of different doses of dopamine combined with epinephrine in the rescue of patients with cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing emergency cardiac arrest were divided into conventional group and research group according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with low-dose dopamine in combination with epinephrine,and the research group was treated with medium-dose dopamine in combination with epinephrine.The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,recovery rate of electrocardiograph activity and recovery rate of spontaneous circulation were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation 88.24% in the research group was higher than 67.65% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery rate of electrocardiograph activity and spontaneous circulation in the research group were 94.12% and 91.18%,which were higher than 70.59%and 67.65%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cardiac arrest,medium-dose dopamine in combination with epinephrine has obvious clinical effect,which is conducive to the recovery of spontaneous circulation and electrocardiograph activity.It is worthy of promotion.
