唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 观察唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的临床效果。方法 160例老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各80例。对照组接受碳酸钙D3咀嚼片治疗,实验组在对照组基础上接受唑来膦酸注射液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后骨密度(BMD)。结果 实验组治疗总有效率92.50%显著高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰椎及股骨颈BMD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组腰椎及股骨颈BMD分别为(0.98±0.03)、(0.84±0.15)g/cm2,均大于对照组的(0.85±0.07)、(0.73±0.21)g/cm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松性腰背痛疗效显著,有助于提高BMD。Objective To observe the clinical effect of zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of senile patients with low back pain caused by osteoporosis.Methods A total of 160 cases of senile patients with low back pain caused by osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 chewable tablets,and the experimental group was treated with zoledronic acid injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,occurrence of adverse reactions and bone mineral density(BMD)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 92.50% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 77.50% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of BMD at lumbar spine and femoral neck(P>0.05).After treatment,the BMD at lumbar spine and femoral neck of the experimental group were(0.98±0.03)and(0.84±0.15)g/cm2,respectively,which were higher than(0.85±0.07)and(0.73±0.21)g/cm2 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid injection has significant efficacy on senile patients with low back pain caused by osteoporosis,and it helps improve the BMD of patients.
