耳穴压豆联合康复运动指导对脑卒中便秘患者生活质量和睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 研究耳穴压豆联合康复运动指导对脑卒中便秘患者生活质量和睡眠质量的影响。方法 60例脑卒中便秘患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予康复运动指导,试验组给予康复运动指导联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者便秘情况以及治疗前后生活质量、睡眠质量评分。结果 试验组患者排便困难、粪便形态、便意不尽感、排便次数评分分别为(2.60±0.22)、(1.82±0.13)、(1.82±0.11)、(2.60±0.12)分,均低于对照组的(3.21±0.27)、(2.25±0.11)、(2.21±0.12)、(1.21±0.11)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组生活质量评分(5.02±0.55)分、睡眠质量评分(4.20±0.12)分均低于对照组的(8.86±0.53)、(8.45±0.11)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取耳穴压豆联合康复运动指导治疗脑卒中便秘患者的效果显著,改善临床症状,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of auricular point pressing with beans combined with rehabilitation exercise guidance on the quality of life and sleep of patients with constipation after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation exercise guidance,and the experimental group received auricular point pressing with beans on the basis of the control group.The constipation,quality of life score and quality of sleep score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of difficulty in defecation,stool pattern,incomplete stool feeling,and frequency of defecation in the experimental group were(2.60±0.22),(1.82±0.13),(1.82±0.11),and(2.60±0.12)points,which were lower than(3.21±0.27),(2.25±0.11),(2.21±0.12),and(1.21±0.11)points of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the quality of life score(5.02±0.55)points and quality of sleep score(4.20±0.12)points of the experimental group were lower than(8.86±0.53)and(8.45±0.11)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing with beans in combination with rehabilitation exercise guidance has significant effect on patients with constipation after stroke,and it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
