摘　　要：目的观察捏脊疗法不同刺激量对厌食症模型大鼠血清锌、铁的影响。方法以病因模拟法复制厌食症大鼠模型,采用不同刺激量捏脊疗法进行干预,通过原子光焰吸收分光光度法测定大鼠血清中锌、铁的含量。结果与空白组比较,厌食症大鼠体内微量元素含量降低(P<0.05),模型复制成功;治疗后,与模型组比较,轻、中、重刺激量捏脊疗法均能有效改善大鼠体内微量元素锌和铁的含量(P<0.05);与低刺激量捏脊组比较,中、重刺激量捏脊组疗效较佳(P<0.05),而中、重刺激量捏脊组之间疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论捏脊疗法能一定程度改善厌食症模型大鼠摄食量、体重和血清锌、铁含量,以中刺激量效果为佳。Objective To observe the effect of different stimulus quantity of chiropractic therapy on serum zinc and iron in anorexia model rats.Methods The model of anorexia rats was made by etiology simulation method,and different stimulus quantity of chiropractic therapy were used to intervene.The content of zinc and iron in rats′serum were determined by atomic flame absorption spectrophotometry.Results Compared with the blank group,the content of zinc and iron in anorexia rats decreased(P<0.05),the pediatric anorexia model was copied successfully.After treatment,compared with the model group,light,medium and heavy stimulus quantity chiropractic therapy groups could effectively improve the content of zinc and iron in rats(P<0.05);compared with the light stimulus quantity chiropractic therapy group,the medium and heavy stimulus quantity chiropractic therapy groups had better curative effect(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference in efficacy between the medium and heavy stimulus quantity chiropractic therapy groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chiropractic therapy can improve the food intake,body weight,serum zinc and iron content of anorexia model rats to a certain extent,with effect of medium stimulus quantity as the best.
