摘  要:对邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化反应进行热稳定性DSC、反应量热RC1、重氮化反应完成液的绝热量热测定,并从分解热、严重度、可能性、矩阵风险评估和反应工艺危险度五个方面对该反应进行了反应安全风险评估.实验结果表明,重氮化反应完成液分解热为188.44 J/g,反应过程中ΔT_(ad)为25.9 K,T_(p)为2℃、MTT为100℃、T_(D24)为29.9℃,MTSR为22.5℃,故反应过程T_(p)<MTSR<T_(D24)<MTT.邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化反应过程的反应安全风险等级为2级.该工艺条件下的反应存在潜在分解风险,因此邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化工业生产必须配备自动控制系统(DCS)和安全切断系统(SIS).由于MTSR(22.5℃)和T_(D24)(29.9℃)相差很近,反应过程中应该严格控制反应温度、滴加速度等相关参数,以防工艺危险度级别发生突变而引起安全措施不到位,导致安全事故发生.Thermal stability DSC,reaction calorimetry RC1,adiabatic heat measurement of the completion solution of diazonium reaction were performed on the diazotization reaction of anthranilic acid.The reaction safety risk was evaluated from decomposition heat,severity,possibility,matrix risk assessment and reaction process risk degree.Experimental results showed that the heat of decomposition of the diazotization reaction liquid was 188.44 J/g,theΔT_(ad)was 25.9 K,the T_(p) was 2℃,the MTT was 100℃,the T_(D24) was 29.9℃,and the MTSR was 22.5℃,so T_(p)<MTSR<T_(D24)<MTT in the reaction process.The reaction safety risk level of anthranilic acid diazotization reaction was level 2,and the reaction under this process condition had potential decomposition risk.The industrial production of diazotization of o-aminobenzoic acid must be equipped with an automatic control system(DCS)and safety shutdown system(SIS).Because the difference between MTSR(22.5℃)and T_(D24)(29.9℃)was too close,the reaction temperature,dropping speed and other related parameters should be strictly controlled in the reaction process to prevent sudden changes in the process risk level,which may cause the safety measures not to be in place,resulting in happening safety the accident.
