摘　　要：实验课教学是动物医学专业基础课程教学中的重要环节,是培养学生创新实践能力的主要手段.本研究团队从调整课程教学目标、建立开放性实验教学、优化课程内容、创新教学模式、完善课程考核方式五个方面对《动物组织学与胚胎学实验》课程教学进行优化和实践探讨,有效提升了该课程的教学质量,培养了学生的创新思维和实践能力.Experimental course teaching is a key link in the basic course teaching of veterinary medicine specialty.It is an important means to cultivate the practical and innovative ability of students.The course "Animal Histology and Embryology" in our school has been approved as one of the first state-level offline first-class undergraduate course, which puts forward new requirements for the course construction, especially the construction and optimization of experimental courses.The experimental curriculum of animal histology and embryology was optimized in aspects of adjusting the teaching objectives of the course, setting up the open experiments, optimizing experiment teaching content, reforming experiment teaching methods and exploring the new way of curriculum assessment.Through the effective optimization, the teaching quality was obviously improved and the innovative thinking and practical ability of students were also cultivated.
