摘　　要：目的对某院2018—2020年妇科DRGs相关指标进行计算和分析,为医院绩效评价和精细化管理提供数据支持。方法收集某院2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日妇科五个病区36 836例住院病案首页数据和DRGs平台反馈的数据,运用综合指数法进行数据处理并评价。结果综合指数方面B病区最高,其次为C病区、D病区、A病区和E病区。妇科收治病种,主要集中在RE19、NC15、ND15、NE19、NA19、OD35、NA29和NB19组,这些DRGs组占妇科分析病例数的80%以上,各病区收治病种各有侧重。妇科时间消耗指数为0.91,费用消耗指数为1.38,说明妇科治疗同类疾病所需要的时间较短、费用较高。结论 DRGs指标能够从多个维度对科室医疗服务绩效进行分析,为医院绩效评价和精细化管理提供数据支持。Objective To calculate and analyze the related indicators of gynecological DRGs in a hospital from 2018 to 2020, so as to provide data support for hospital performance evaluation and fine management. Methods From January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020, 36 836 cases of hospitalized medical records in five gynecological wards of a hospital were collected, and the data from DRGs platform were collected. The comprehensive index method was used for data processing and evaluation. Results The comprehensive index of ward B was the highest, followed by ward C, ward D, ward A and ward E. The diseases in gynecology were mainly concentrated in RE19, NC15, ND15, NE19, NA19, OD35, NA29 and NB19 groups. These DRGs groups accounted for more than 80% of the cases in gynecology analysis, and the diseases in each ward had their own emphasis. The time consumption index of gynecology was 0.91 and the cost consumption index was 1.38, which indicated that gynecology needed shorter time and higher cost to treat similar diseases. Conclusion DRGs indicators can analyze the performance of medical services from multiple dimensions, and provide data support for hospital performance evaluation and refined management.
