摘　　要：目的分析阳江市2010—2020年非结核病防治机构(简称"非结防机构")肺结核患者发现工作效果。方法收集阳江市2010—2020年《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》结核病管理信息系统中相关信息资料,对网络直报患者转诊和追踪情况进行分析。结果 2010—2020年非结防机构共直报23 988例疑似肺结核患者,总体到位率86.96%;到位的疑似患者中,确诊为肺结核患者9 060例,确诊率为43.43%;对活动性和涂肺结核患者发现的转诊贡献率分别为71.94%和63.40%;报告未到位3 129例疑似患者中,未追踪和追踪未到位主要原因为电话地址不详和患者隐瞒病情。结论阳江市非结防机构网络报告肺结核患者总体到位率逐年提高,但还需进一步加强非结防机构的医防合作机制,尤其是转诊、追踪和服务质量建设,从而更有效地提高患者发现水平。Objective To analyze the effect of tuberculosis detection in non-tuberculosis prevention and control institutions from 2010 to 2020 in Yangjiang city. Methods The relevant information and materials in the tuberculosis management information system of China Disease Control and Prevention Information System from 2010 to 2020 in Yangjiang were collected, and the referral and tracking of patients directly reported online were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2020, a total of 23 988 suspected tuberculosis patients were directly reported from non-node prevention and control institutions, with an overall attendance rate of 86.96%. Among the suspected patients in place, 9 060 cases were diagnosed as tuberculosis, with a diagnosis rate of 43.43%. The contribution rate of referral to active and smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was 71.94% and 63.40%, respectively. Among 3 129 suspected patients, the main reason for failure to follow up and follow up were unknown telephone addresses and patients hiding their illness. Conclusion The overall attendance rate of tuberculosis patients reported by the network of non-node prevention and control institutions in Yangjiang increased year by year, but the cooperation mechanism of non-node prevention and control institutions should be further strengthened, especially the construction of referral, tracking and service quality, so as to improve the level of patient detection more effectively.
