摘 要:为促进中青年专业技术骨干成长成才,医院通过选拔百名中青年杰出技术骨干、培育学科/亚专科带头人后备人选、创新校院融合下博士后培养等固本强基,组建复合型人才梯队,并利用校院融合背景下,依托大学优势建立人才双聘机制,实施人才特聘制度,通过大学海外招聘会及墨子论坛面向全球招纳优秀人才。此外,医院积极搭建实验平台、保障引才待遇,为人才发展提供良好平台。笔者对医院"四类人才"实施后的培养成效进行科学分析,为下一步更好落实人才培养计划提出建议和思考。To accelerate the development of young and middle-aged professional technical backbone success, the hospital through the selection of hundreds of outstanding young and middle-aged technical backbone, cultivate discipline/specialized subject leader backup and innovative colleges of fusion of postdoctoral training, strengthening the formation of inter-disciplinary talent echelon, and use the colleges of integration background, relying on the advantage of university to establish talent employment mechanism, the implementation of system of the personnel in charge of Recruit talents from all over the world through university overseas job fairs and Mozi Forum. In addition, the hospital actively builds an experimental platform and guarantees the treatment of talent introduction to provide a good platform for talent development. This paper makes a scientific analysis of the training effect after the implementation of the “four types of talents” in the hospital, and puts forward suggestions and thoughts for the better implementation of the talent training plan in the next step.
