医院图书馆在新冠疫情期间的文献服务及对策

摘　　要：2020年初,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发,由于具有高度传染性,并且死亡率比较高,影响到了各行各业正常的运作。医院图书馆也受到了较大的波及。笔者从防疫常态下的医院图书馆的现状、近两年医务人员对文献需求及医院图书馆开展服务工作的应对策略三方面,探讨在疫情期间及后疫情时代医院图书馆的服务工作。At the beginning of 2020, the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, due to its highly contagious and relatively high mortality rate, affected the normal operation of all walks of life. Hospital libraries have also been affected. This article discusses the following three aspects: the status quo of hospital libraries under normal epidemic prevention;medical staff’s demand for literature in the past two years;and the response strategies of hospital libraries to carry out service work. Explore the service work of hospital libraries during and after the epidemic.
