摘　　要：目的:观察脂肪来源干细胞基质胶(SVF-gel)联合重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的效果。方法:选取78例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(39例,创面110个)和观察组(39例,创面106个)。对照组采用rhEGF治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合SVF-gel治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,治疗7、14 d后创面愈合率,创面完全愈合时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗7、14 d后VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗7、14 d后创面愈合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面完全愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:SVF-gel联合rhEGF治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者可减轻患者疼痛,提高创面愈合率,缩短创面完全愈合时间,效果优于单纯rhEGF治疗。Objective:To investigate effects of adipose-derived stem cell matrigel(SVF-gel)combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)in treatment of patients with deep second-degree burn wounds.Methods:78 patients with deep second-degree burn wounds were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(n=39,110 burn wounds)and observation group(n=39,106 burn wounds)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with rhEGF,while the observation group was treated with SVFgel on the basis of that of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scores(VAS)before the treatment,7 and 14 days after the treatment,the wound healing rates 7 and 14 days after the treatment,the complete wound healing time,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 7 days and 14 days after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rates of the observation group 7 days and 14 days after the treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusions:SVF-gel combined with rhEGF in the treatment of the patients with deep second-degree burn wounds can reduce the pain,improve the wound healing rate,and shorten the complete wound healing time.Moreover,it is superior to single rhEGF treatment.
