摘　　要：目的:观察通窍活血汤联合氟桂嗪治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕患者的效果。方法:选取94例VBI性眩晕患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予氟桂嗪治疗,观察组给予通窍活血汤联合氟桂嗪治疗。比较两组治疗前后血流速度[左侧椎动脉(LVA)、基底动脉(BA)]和血液流变学指标水平。结果:治疗后,两组LVA、BA血流速度水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤联合氟桂嗪治疗VBI性眩晕患者可提高血流速度,降低血液流变学指标水平,优于单纯氟桂嗪治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Flunarizine in treatment of vertigo due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods:94 patients with vertigo due to VBI were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Flunarizine,while the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Flunarizine.The blood flow velocity[left vertebral artery(LVA),basilar artery(BA)]and the blood rheology index levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the LVA and BA blood flow velocities of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the plasma viscosity and the fibrinogen levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tongqiao Huoxue decoction combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of the patients with vertigo due to VBI can increase the blood flow velocity and reduce the blood rheology index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Flunarizine.
