摘　　要：目的:观察信息-动机-行为技巧(IMB)护理在行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取78例行PCI的冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施IMB护理,比较两组冠心病自我管理行为量表(CSMS)评分、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分和心血管不良事件发生率。结果:护理后,两组CSMS和SAQ评分均高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心血管不良事件发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的28.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上应用IMB护理,可提高行PCI冠心病患者CSMS和SAQ评分,降低心血管不良事件发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of information-motivation-behavioral(IMB)nursing in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:78 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given the IMB nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The coronary heart disease self-management scale(CSMS)score,the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)score and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the CSMS and SAQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was 7.69%,which was significantly lower than 28.21%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of the IMB nursing on the basis of the routine nursing can improve the CSMS score and the SAQ score of the patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
