摘  要:为了明确海南生态旅游岛周边海域的环境质量,以及沿海开发项目对近海环境的影响,该文以乐东黎族自治县龙栖湾海域为研究对象,于2019年5~10月期间研究近岸表层海水及表层沉积物多个指标的变化。发现监测期间海湾的海水及表层沉积物指标均符合该规划区对应的国标要求,监测期间内龙栖湾海水石油类污染有5~6月期间有4个点各超标1次,1个点超标2次。项目建设中以及竣工后短期内会对近岸海洋环境造成影响,应建立健全项目后环境影响评价机制,保护生态旅游岛的近海环境资源。In order to clarify the environmental quality of the sea area around Hainan ecotourism island and the impact of coastal development projects on the nearshore environment,this paper takes the Longqi Bay Sea area of Ledong Li Autonomous County as the research object.It studies the changes of multiple indicators of nearshore surface seawater and surface sediments from May to October 2019.It is found that the indicators of seawater and surface sediments in the bay during the monitoring period were in line with the national standard requirements corresponding to the planning area.During the monitoring period,oil pollution in the sea water of Longqi Bay exceeded the standard once in four points and twice in one point from May to June.The construction of the project and the short term after completion will have an impact on the offshore marine environment.The post project environmental impact assessment mechanism should be established and improved to protect the offshore environmental resources of the ecotourism island.
